Back in the Mixtape Groove

Where does the time go? That's a question many are asking themselves as 2008 is round-filed and 2009 is plotted, but I'm trying to figure out where the last six months have gone. Between finishing my BA and interning, my personal music fixation that is The Mixtape has been on the back burner. Well, being certifiably unemployed gives me the time necessary to devote to recapping 2008 through my own top 100 while getting ready for the inevitable waves of new music discoveries that await these next 52 weeks. You can't know where you're going until you've seen where you've been, so as cliche as it is, my own personal top 100 of 2008 will be up in the next post.
